6.Personal data of Webas customers
When Webas provides, for example, hosting, server management, website management or software services, we may process personal data stored or collected by our customers.
In that case, the customer is usually the controller for the processing concerned and Webas acts as a processor.
Where required, these arrangements are set out in a separate data processing agreement.
7.Where is your data stored?
All personal data processed by Webas is stored and processed in data centres in the Netherlands. This also applies to backups.
Webas does not transfer personal data to countries outside the Netherlands. Your data is therefore covered by Dutch and European laws and regulations.

Webas takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against:
