Is everything working at Webas? Then cancel your plan with your old provider. Your domain name can move too.

Frequently asked questions about switching
Does the move cost anything?
No. The move is free with web hosting Plus and higher, all WordPress plans, all managed plans, Reseller Compleet and higher and all Managed VPS plans. You only pay for your plan.
Will my website go offline during the switch?
Usually not. We usually move your website without downtime, because we move and check everything before you switch over.
What happens to my email?
It moves too. We move your email to Webas together with your website and databases.
Can my domain name move too?
Yes. Ask your current provider for the transfer code (also called authorisation or EPP code) and contact us. We'll arrange the transfer together with you.
When do I cancel my old hosting?
Only when everything works at Webas. Also check your current provider's notice period, so you don't pay longer than necessary.
I want web hosting Basic or an unmanaged VPS. Can I still switch?
Yes. These plans don't include free migration: you move your website yourself and we advise you. Choose web hosting Plus or higher or a Managed VPS if you'd like us to do it.
